These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Danse Macabre: The Dance of the Damned. By purchasing a ticket, accessing our website, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Event Admission

  • Entry is conditional upon compliance with the dress code: Victorian, Gothic, or Vampire Aristocrat attire is required.

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject guests who do not adhere to these terms or who disrupt the event experience.

3. Ticketing

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizers.

  • The event includes theatrical elements, live performances, lighting effects (including strobes), and immersive interactions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Attendees must follow safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.

5. Prohibited Items

  • Weapons (real or replica), illegal substances, and disruptive props are strictly prohibited.

  • All costume accessories are subject to security checks upon entry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including imagery, performances, branding, and website materials, are the intellectual property of the organizers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Photography & Recording

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

  • Personal photography is permitted as long as it does not disrupt the experience or other guests.

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by proven negligence.
