Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Danse Macabre
All sales are final. Due to the immersive and theatrical nature of Danse Macabre: The Dance of the Damned, we do not offer refunds for tickets once purchased.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases (e.g. documented medical emergencies), partial refunds may be considered at the organizers’ discretion.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us at [insert email] at least 48 hours prior to the event to request a name change or transfer approval.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not attend the event and have not arranged a transfer or refund under an approved exception will not be eligible for a refund.
